Aajar has three plans. Starter costs ₹20, Growth ₹35 and Business ₹50 per user per month, plus GST. Every plan is free for 3 months if your organization has up to 50 users, and free for 1.5 months (45 days) if it has more.

Add-ons
Optional extras, charged per user per month for everyone in your organization. Check-in add-ons are ₹5 each on Growth and Business. The team performance review is ₹10 on Business. Prices exclude GST.

Pricing questions
What does the team performance review cost?
The Team performance review is an add-on for the Business plan at ₹10 per user per month, excluding GST. It gives Owners, Admins, HR and managers a weekly, monthly and yearly review of every person and team, built from the clock-in records (attendance, timely login, working hours and overtime) and from attributes you define yourself, such as teamwork, which managers, HR and owners score by hand. You choose which of these count towards the score and the percentage each one gets. It shows a score, a trend and a CSV download. It is not available on Starter or Growth. Add it from Settings, then Add-ons, pro-rated for the days left in your plan.
What do selfie, face and QR code check-in cost?
On the Growth and Business plans, each of Selfie check-in, Face check-in and QR code check-in is an add-on at ₹5 per user per month, excluding GST. You pay per feature, for every user in your organization. All three are off until you switch them on in Settings, and you can add them to a plan you already have, pro-rated for the days left.
How does the free period work?
Every plan is free for 3 months if your organization has up to 50 users, and free for 1.5 months (45 days) if it has more than 50 users. The free period starts when you create your organization. No card is needed to start.
What happens when the free period ends?
Before it ends, an Owner or Admin sends an upgrade request from the app and our team arranges the plan with you. If the free period ends without a plan, access pauses until an upgrade is arranged.
How is the price calculated?
Price is per user per month: ₹20 on Starter, ₹35 on Growth, ₹50 on Business. A 50-person team pays ₹1,000, ₹1,750 or ₹2,500 a month. Prices exclude GST.
Which plan do I need for a biometric attendance machine?
Business. Biometric device sync and bulk biometric ID upload are included on the Business plan only.
Which plan includes payroll and payslips?
All of it is in Starter: salary structures, deductions, payslips and income-tax declarations. Growth adds shifts, geofencing and on-duty and overtime requests. Business adds biometric devices, expense claims, hiring requests and the asset register.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Ask for a change from Billing in the app, or contact us, and we will arrange it.
Do you take payment online?
Yes. An Owner or Admin opens Billing, then Upgrade Plan, picks a plan and the number of users and gets an invoice with a payment link. You can pay by bank transfer or UPI, and online where card and UPI checkout is switched on. A receipt is e-mailed when the payment is confirmed, and Aajar does not store your card.
