How we compare
Every page uses the vendor's own public pages for its prices and features, names the page, and says when we could not find a number. Each one also lists when the other tool is the better choice, because a team that needs PF filings or performance reviews should not pick Aajar.
FAQ
It depends on what you need. PagarBook says marking attendance is free. For attendance, leave and payroll in one plan, Aajar costs ₹20, ₹35 or ₹50 per user per month, so 25 people pay ₹500 to ₹1,250. greytHR starts at ₹2,495 a month for up to 50 employees, Zoho People plus Zoho Payroll comes to about ₹3,400 a month for 25 people, and Keka gives a quote only.
From each vendor's own public pricing pages. Where a vendor does not publish a price, the page says so. Prices change and exclude GST, so confirm with the vendor before you decide.
No. Aajar calculates PF, ESI and TDS as salary deductions and prints them on payslips, but it does not generate ECR files, ESI challans, Form 24Q or Form 16. If you want filings inside the software, greytHR, Keka or Zoho Payroll are better fits.
