Grievance Officer

Grievance Officer, Score Xcreen
Contact: use the Help & contact form and begin your message with the word “Grievance”. Your message is reviewed by the Grievance Officer.

What you can raise

  • a complaint about the service, a billing or refund decision, or how we handled an earlier request;
  • a request about your personal data: to see it, correct it, erase it, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you (see the Privacy Policy);
  • a report of content or behaviour that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • a suspected data or security incident.

If you are an employee of an organization using Aajar and your concern is about how your employer uses your records, please raise it with your employer's HR or Owner first. If you cannot, send it to us and we will pass it to them and tell you we have done so.

What to include

  • your name, the email you use for Aajar and your organization's name;
  • what happened, when, and what you would like us to do;
  • for a payment issue: the invoice number and payment reference;
  • anything that helps us check who you are if the request is about personal data.

How we respond

  1. Acknowledgement within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.
  2. Resolution within 30 days. If a matter needs longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
  3. We will explain the outcome in writing. If we cannot do what you asked (for example, erase an invoice we must keep by law), we will say so and why.

If you are not satisfied

You may take the matter further as the law allows, including to the Data Protection Board of India for complaints about personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, after raising it with us first, and to the consumer or other forum that has jurisdiction. Our Terms of Service explain the courts that apply to contract disputes.
